What is 'Facilitation'?

Facilitation means "making something easy"; group facilitation is the job of making group decision-making, conflict resolution, or working together easier.

Why do you have a funny symbol at the top of the website?

I (Nathaniel) like it.  The symbol combines many layers of meaning, and although I value simplicity in my coaching and teaching, I've indulged myself in the logo design.  It contains the letters I (for Integrity) and U (Unlimited), a yin-yang sign, the astrological symbol for Neptune (Roman god of dreams and the ocean), a dollar sign, the word "us", various other signs, and the "nine element" circle connects to the process and personality map of the enneagram.  The symbol (this kind of symbol is also known as a "sigil") also has the four powers of integrity written around the outside.
