Integrity Unlimited Classes & Events

PROGRAM FEES
AFP participants pay a single monthly fee on a sliding scale.
The guide prices are:

£150 a month for someone on a corporate budget
£100 a month for a social enterprise or large charity
£50 a month for professionals or small firms
£30 a month for students or people on a small income
minimum of £15 a month.

Our goal in using the sliding scale is to ensure that anyone who is committed to learning and willing to contribute to others through facilitation will be able to afford the program.

COMMITMENTS
Program participants will be practicing the following commitments:
1) I take 100% responsibility for my own well-being, and for serving the well-being of those around me.
2) I take every interaction as an opportunity for learning.
3) I use appreciation, honesty and requests -- rather than complaining, blaming and criticizing -- to create the results I want in working with people.
4) I make the agreements I want, and I keep or change the agreements I make.

EVALUATION AND PROGRAM COMPLETION

Participants receive ongoing feedback from instructor(s) and other participants.  A set of "belt levels" provide participants with a framework for understanding how much of the material they have mastered.  Participants declare their current belt level, and can change levels as they feel they have increased their mastery (or noticed a gap in their practice!):

White Belt -- Done a basic Formal Consensus (FC) training.  Exposed to material.

Yellow Belt -- Knows the basic patterns (the FC meeting structure).  Knows the basic rituals (establishing an agenda, checking for consensus) and roles.

Green Belt -- Familiar with basic facilitation techniques (fish bowl, small groups, etc.).  Feels able to facilitate.  Knows how to listen for accuracy and pay attention to both self and group in a friendly, curious way.

Blue Belt -- Skilled in the basic FC process.  Able to draw out solutions from the group, skillfully restate questions, and keep the group aware of where it is in the process.  Can help the group get the information the group needs, face issues, and make appropriate closing agreements, with ease.

Red Belt -- Willing to face conflict when it arises. Knows own main triggers and habitual roles.  Makes everyone feel welcome and able to participate, through appreciative awareness and authentic listening.  Knows how to make clear group agreements, and can recognize when people get stuck on the Drama Triangle.  Completely familiar with basic FC process.  Can explain and use most common facilitation techniques fluently.

Black Belt -- Ready to teach.  Completely committed to learning from every interaction.  Mastery of all basic 4 Powers exercises, and ease in personal practice individually, one-to-one, and in a group.  Complete familiarity with common facilitation techniques, and can (re)invent ones as needed.  Knows the structure (and the reason for the structural design) of a Formal Consensus meeting.

Participants complete the program when they decide they have learned all they wish to in this context.  Black Belt participants are welcomed as collaborators and may begin to teach Integrity Unlimited introductory classes.
