Nathaniel White has designed and facilitated working, learning and residential communities since 1996.  He developed his expertise in supporting personal transformation and creating high-quality relationships over three years of training with shamans in the American Southwest and another two years of apprenticeship with pioneering psychologists Drs. Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks.  In his volunteer work, Nathaniel has been a co-founder of the Ecovillage Network of the Americas, and has been Merchants of Vision editor of the World Business Academy.  Nathaniel enjoys role-playing games, storytelling, wilderness hiking, science fiction, cafes, and martial arts.  Using all of his arts of manifestation, Nathaniel found Charlotte Stone, the woman with whom he could live his dreams.  He currently practices the art of relationship with his wife (Charlotte) and son in Brighton, England, and serves others through his life-coaching, facilitation and consulting business Integrity Unlimited.

Charlotte Stone (Charlie) likes learning. She has studied French, Linguistics, Fine Art and Acupuncture at University over the years, on a background of 10 years' study of chi gung and tai chi. She was understandably excited when she met Nathaniel and found a new meaning to the words 'commitment to learning'! Ever since she has enjoyed and been astonished at the power of integrity-based transformational work, watching how it brings joy, creativity and energy to life and relationships. Charlotte practices acupuncture in Brighton.  She is the founder of Affordable Acupuncture UK, which has just become ACMAC, the Association of Community and Multibed Acupuncture Clinics. Charlotte has also done pioneering research on 'multi-bed' acupuncture clinics. Charlotte loves gardening, swimming, reading great literature, and being outdoors.  She is delighted with her new baby boy and relishes this new and major opportunity for learning.
